Welcome to PlaneFits (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.  All products are fulfilled on-demand through our production partner, Printful.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Products and Availability

All items are produced on demand. Products, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice. Colors and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen differences or print production variations. These variations do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

By placing an order, you authorize:

  • Our payment processor to charge your selected payment method

  • Us to verify payment information as needed

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by Printful. Production and shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds and may require additional payment to reship.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because items are printed specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We only replace items that are:

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

  • Lost in transit

To submit a claim, you must contact us within:

  • 30 days of receiving the product (defects/misprints)

  • 30 days of the estimated delivery date (lost shipments)

6. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, model representations, and sizing charts. However, we do not warrant that:

  • Product descriptions are error-free

  • The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • All images or artwork perfectly match the final product

All aircraft names and references are provided purely for descriptive purposes.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All artwork, designs, and content on this Site are owned by PlaneFits or licensed to us.

PlaneFits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any aircraft manufacturer whose makes or models appear in our designs. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store uses third-party tools such as:

  • Printful (fulfillment)

  • Payment gateways

  • Shipping carriers

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. By using the Site, you agree to comply with those policies as applicable. We are not responsible for the actions or performance of third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • PlaneFits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question

You use this Site at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlaneFits, Complete Walkaround, Flytoplaces, and all associated partners from any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your breach of any laws or third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of  Delaware and applicable federal laws of United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, USA.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
