Return & Refund Policy

PlaneFits products are made-to-order through our production partner, Printful. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, all sales are considered final except in cases of defects or fulfillment errors.

Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or is materially different from what was ordered, we will replace the item.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product by emailing merch (at) printful.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or misprint

Once Printful verifies the issue, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not possible.

2. Lost Shipments

If a package is lost during shipping, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. After confirmation, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

3. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing Issues

Because all items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for: Ordering the wrong size. Style or color preference. Disliking the garment feel or fit

Accurate sizing charts are provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing these before purchasing.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • A refund will not be issued

  • The customer must pay the reshipping fee before the order can be resent

Please notify us immediately if you entered an incorrect address so we can attempt to update it before production begins.

5. Unauthorized Returns

We do not accept returns to our office or Printful’s facilities unless pre-approved for defective merchandise. Any unauthorized return received will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Because Printful typically starts fulfillment quickly, cancellations are rarely possible. Contact us immediately if you need to request one.

7. Filing a Claim

To file a claim, email merch (at) printful.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items)

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
