Shipping Policy

PlaneFits ships all orders through our production and fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is made on demand and shipped directly from the nearest available fulfillment center. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Times

All items are made to order.
Typical production time is:

  • 3–5 business days for apparel

  • 2–4 business days for stickers and accessories

Production time may be longer during peak seasons or high-volume periods. Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Typical ranges:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or peak seasons are outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, item type, and weight.
We do not control or modify Printful’s shipping rates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier. Some international shipments may have limited tracking.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

  • A refund will not be issued

  • The customer must pay the reshipping fee to have the order resent

We cannot change the address after the order enters production.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier

  • After verification, we will send a replacement at no cost

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. For stolen packages, you must file a claim with the carrier or local authorities.

7. Customs Duties & International Fees

Orders will be shipped within the country when able. For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • We cannot predict or control these charges

Refusal to pay customs does not qualify for a refund.

8. Split Shipments

Because items are produced in different facilities, orders may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of receipt with photos.
We will send a replacement at no cost once verified. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
